大学時代に海外に行ってから、「いつかは異国の地に住みたい」という思いがあった。
ニュージーランドでの生活は毎日が夢のような日々だった。2ヶ月間の語学学校を経て、中国人オーナーが経営しているカフェでバリスタとして働いた。休みの日は、1000ドルで購入した車を走らせて、友人とトレッキングなどもした。
ニュージーランドで一番感動した場所はテカポ湖。サザンアルプスの山々を背景にターコイズブルーの湖、世界で一番の星空は忘れられない。
いつかまた大好きなニュージランドの大地を訪れたい。
